There has been an uproar today about a recent devious tactic being used by one of the original ICANN accredited registrars, NetworkSolutions. Apparently they are internally registering each and every domain name that a user searches for using their website, essentially holding it hostage so that it can not be purchased at any other significantly cheaper and more ethical registrar.

Yes, the interface and logo are not soo tasty, but the script delivers. Sometimes random can be a good thing. This tool spits out a list of randomized 5 letter domain names and instantly checks availability.
Tip: Immediately look to the far right of the page and un-check all extensions except “.com” to speed up results.

Google Presentations launched two months ago as an excellent addition to the current suite of web based document creation tools. The new presentations have been well received and apparently the Google Docs team has taken alot of feedback to heart. They have recently announced some great new features for 2008.
